• Continuous power application and positive control - being able to continuously apply power means the propulsion is more efficient and it also allows you to keep your momentum even when uphill. For comparison, when using a conventional manual wheelchair more than 50% of the motion of your arms is not directly applied towards propulsion.
• Ergonomic Design - Having your joints positioned in an optimal way, while your arms and shoulder plates go through large motion cycles and exert considerable propelling forces, is of paramount importance for your sustained health and wellbeing. With Advance your wrists, shoulders and elbows don't experience any undue stress, and your muscles complete full motion cycles. Mitirino Advance is not only comfortable but it can also improve your health. 
• Infinite ratio transmission and convenient method for hand repositioning - sometimes you need to go fast, sometimes you need to go slow and apply greater torque... Having a device to allow you to "change gears" makes a huge difference on most but the shortest runs.
• Quick release and easy stow-away - being able to quickly install and uninstall the add-ons is crucial. The single motion attachment mechanisms contribute to a very low threshold when using the devices. 
• Fun - fun is optional but highly recommended. It will help you get through the tougher stretches.
